Email support@readspeak.net. Include your phone model, app build number, selected language, and what happened. Do not email photographs or private documents.

Scan tips

• Hold the phone parallel to the page.
• Use even light and avoid glare.
• Keep all text inside the camera frame.
• For a failed scan, wait for the spoken message, then try again.

Read the privacy policy or email privacy@readspeak.net with the Phone ID shown in Settings.
